After preparing list some leader said that it will give a wrong signal but some Bhartiya Janta Party leaders said that SAARC all heads should invite for ceremony. it will be a good step to face all leader and starting to make good relationship between India and other countries.

It May be happen that Nawaz Sharif will skip this invitation and Hamid Kazami and Rajapksha might be come in ceremony.
